Ozaukee County Aquatics Training for 04/11/2026

All athletes are welcome at this practice. Any practice squad athlete willing to run a race or two with the competition team let me know. I am sure we can arrange that. No tears!! No crying!!

Times are estimates. No Gloves, Only Fins

0930          Practice Squad and Triathlete (Ana) (Lanes 1-4)

0945          Competition Team (Lanes 5-8): 50-Meter Free, Warm-up

                   100-Meter Boards (with or without fins)

                   50-Meter Free

1000          25-Meter Free (4 times but rest in between length)

1020          50-Meter Free

1030          State Event Practice and Jumps  (Swim your two events 2-3 times) (1–5-minute rest times in-between swims)

1045          Practice Squad Event Challenges                

1115          Starts and Turns (With whistle and horn)

1125          25-Meter burn (do this 2 times) 100% effort.

1130          Team meeting, final State Information, SPLASH!

 If you have team gloves, turn them in today.

Adrian (now swimming for the Port Washington High School) had a stellar 100M Freestyle JV event on January 27^th, 2026, at the dual meet at Port with Grafton.

As a freshman, the climb to varsity is a challenging road. This is how you take the first steps.

The 2025 Aquatics Season has ended.

With the admiration of all coaches, we thank the efforts

of the athletes for participating this season as well as

the family support.

Our season looked like this:

9 athletes on the practice squad

28 Area competing events in Oconomowoc

11 athletes qualifying for the State (Spring) Games

7 athletes competing at the Spring Games

16 Competing Events at State

3 Gold Medals

3 Silver Medals

1 Bronze Medal

7 Personal Best Times at the Spring Games
