SUMMARY:Indoor Track Practice
DESCRIPTION:Hello everyone! \nI am happy to announce that track season will be starting 3/16/24! \nPractices will be held on Saturdays from 10-11:30. \nMarch Indoor practices will be held at Grafton High School Varisty Gym. THIS IS A NEW LOCATION! \nApril and May Outdoor practices will be held at Graton Hight School Outdoor Track. \nOur Regional Competition will be held May 4th at Muskego High School. \nThe State Meet will be held June 6-8 at UW-Whitewater. \nIn preparation for the season\, I wanted to send everyone the below links so that you can all make sure your athlete has all necessary medical information submitted to the state. All athletes need to have a current medical exam on file\, and communicable disease waivers on file. We are in need of 1 assistant coach and 2 volunteers. No experience necessary! On the job training! \nSummer sports are now: Track\, Cornhole\, Powerlifting\, Soccer\, and Tennis. Not all of these are offered by Ozaukee\, but some are. I want all athletes to know that even if they are completing in a different sport\, they are still welcome to attend track practice. Strength\, flexibility\, and cardio are important for everyone. Come and get an extra workout! \nFinally\, this email is being sent to all emails I have from past and current team members. This is the list I will use every year before the season starts. Everyone is welcome! We would love to have past athletes join us again! When the season starts\, I will stop using this list and will only be contacting current athletes.
