DESCRIPTION:Cavaliers\, \n Are you ready for some football? \nWe’re looking forward to kicking off another season of Cavalier football beginning next week! \n\n\nImportant Dates: Beginning Thursday\, August 4th\, and every Thursday between that day and the end of September\, we will practice from 5:30-7:00pm at Centennial Park in Grafton unless we specifically notify you otherwise. Dress accordingly for the weather and be sure to bring water or a sports drink with you.\n\n\n\nMilwaukee Flag Football Tournament will be held on  9-11-2022 (a Saturday) at MPS South Stadium\, 971 W. Windlake Ave.\, Milwaukee\, WI. I’m attaching an MPS Participant Waiver form that I will need you to complete and either email back to me or bring to the 8-4-2022 practice so I can register our team(s) and get you personally registered to play.  Without the MPS Waiver form signed and returned to me\, you will not be able to participate in the MPS Tournament.\n\n\n\nThe State Flag Football Tournament will be held on 10-8-2022 (a Saturday)\, at Neenah High School\, 1275 Tullar Road\, Neenah\, WI.\n\n\n\nWe will be attempting to play in other Tournaments prior to the 10-8-2022 State Tournament in Neenah.  At this time\, the MPS Tournament is the first one I’m aware of\, but I will provide updates to other tournaments as I become aware of them.  Just want to give everyone as much lead time as possible as I know getting these games on your schedule is important for planning purposes.\n\n\n\nPlease check at the following link to confirm your athlete’s SOWI Medical form is current:https://www.specialolympicswisconsin.org/athlete-medical-info/ If you have not completed your Athlete Medical Form previously or if it is out of date\, you’ll need to do that.  I’m attaching the Athlete Medical form you’ll need to complete.  Make sure these forms are completed ASAP\, as they’ll need to be on file with SOWI prior to the athlete participating in Tournaments.
